450 GR. GROUND NUT
450 GR. GLASS SUGAR
450 GR. COLD BUTTER
60 GR. GRATED bittersweet chocolate
4 egg yolks
4 tablespoons cocoa
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 Pinch of ground cloves
2 DRAM RON
BLACKBERRY JAM CASTING

Procedure:
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT THE MARMALADE HAND OR WITH A SHOVEL.
GETS A WHILE TO THE REFRIGERATOR.
Roll out the dough in a greased bowl COLD AND STANDS A LITTLE EDGE, pour the jam and covered with small strands of dough. And baked. SERVED IN SMALL PORTIONS.
